Prototyping Research
WiARframe:
In order to create my finalised project I must first create a prototype so that I can visualise how things will work. In order to achieve this I have done some research into different types of AR prototyping software's. The first one that I discovered was the WiARframe prototyping tool, I had to get into contact with the creator in order to gain access
WiARframe Editor:
The software for the WiARframe software is easy to use and simplistic enough that anyone can jump on and create something in Augmented Reality. However, this software was not effective in communicating my idea as it did not support image recognition.

WakingApp:
The third software is the WakingApp which again comes with its own editor, slightly more advanced than the previous two, however what can be achieved in this software is more practical and viable for my project. The UI of this software is more of what I am used to, within applications such as Unity and Photoshop. The added benefit of this software is that it allows image recognition within AR, which is exactly what I am looking for. The only downside to this software is that it only provides a 10 day free trial and thereafter requires a subscription, however due to the quality of the software it is something I would be willing to subscribe to.
